I’ve watched a bunch of your videos many times and I usually will watch a few and come back to them after months when I have a day where I feel really depressed like I did today when I woke up. I was able to get out and drive Lyft and make a little money and help someone out And saw a friend so I was able to do some things and I feel better now but I did search out your channel again. Thanks for posting these when I try to use it to finally get back to Running after five years off and no other real workouts. I think I’m just letting the fear of failure and the fear of being really successful actually by finally training properly keep me from starting. I know that’s somewhat BS but it’s just still a part of my wiring I need to change. Sorry for the book I just wrote but I know that it’s OK because this is the reason you post

I never thought I was a depressed person. I didn't even think ibwas capable of depression. Boy, was I wrong. The last few years my depression has been horrible. It doesn't manifest itself in overt sadness, for me. It's just lack of motivation to do anything. I go to work, I go home, I eat, I watch TV. Over and over. Until I've neglected so many things I'm in a deep hole. I know what you're going through. We can get through it.

Brick by brick brother. Do it brick by brick rebuild what you had!! I am I the process ... I find KETO was huge reset for me. Huge. But takes 3 months. At 2 month mark my head meds were gone.. 3rd month benefits so many levels. Now month 5 I have brought back only clean clean carbs small amount of oats, then vegis and low glycemic fruits small amounts. And of course Animal fat!! Life charger. Now comes the exercise! Good luck bro

Running is the hardest sport in my opinion. It’s one thing to lift heavy weights for example. Yes you feel pain for maybe one or two hours in the gym. But afterwards you are done. If you are facing a 100 mile distance, it’s unforgiving. You are out there and have to handle yourself and your mind. No matter what thoughts will come up to you.
