RECIPE:
3 courgettes.
I use a special grater.
Salt.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.

1 red pepper.

Squeeze out excess liquid.
Vegetables are ready!

Flour 240 gr.
Mix well.

Distribute the mixture evenly.
Cook in the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 35 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
1 garlic.
Italian herbs.
Dill.
The sauce is ready!
Mozzarella cheese 150 gr.
Add cheese.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F).
