HI! happy to see you on my channel! today we will cook a delicious lunch of minced chicken and grated potatoes. it turns out very tasty! Watch the video until the end for recipe details.
3-4 large potatoes, peeled, washed and grated on a coarse grater.
Place the grated potatoes in a bowl or saucepan and cover with water
take 250 g of minced meat. I have ground beef made from chicken meat.
add salt, pepper, oregano and paprika.
