Has to be one of the best looking and sounding cars ever on the road, to me looks even better as a convertible.

Hard to choose the most stunning car ever made but if I had to pick, my vote would be the Vanquish S. Miles better looking than the current DB11 variants.
@kevintaylor16262 жыл бұрын
100% Saw a Db11 last weekend looks okay but somehow the proportions just seem a little off and the back end has that hyundai looking kink that kicks out. They need to fo back to their prior design language with the Db11 and the new Vantage (which also has a very overly done rear diffuser)

Another brilliant video Peter. Stunning car with a stunning engine. I think all engines should be V12. Perfect configuration. Shame that we are starting to see the demise of engines like these, and are being forced away from internal combustion engines into electric motors. Petrol Ped Thanks so much for making this wonderful video of what I consider to be one of the most beautiful cars ever design and built. The only thing I didn't really like very much was the wheels. I only wish I could've afford this car. But much thanks again. And keep up the great works.

Great car lovely interior wonderful sounding a true proper car. Living in America only the super rich would ever have a Aston Martin. I like the fact of what they did with the steering wheel for the paddles. Funny as it sounds I'm not all that much of a fan of the key. Well done sir you have now became my favorite site on KZbin. After you sparked my interest with the four-cylinder Jaguar. But I still miss a clutch pedal. lol

So I'm watching this in the hospital with the mrs in early labour and I may have turned it up very high that V12 sounds so good and everyone around must be able to hear it😂,I wouldn't have the green on the exterior I would keep it all carbon fibre but I wouldn't turn my nose up if someone gave it me,the seats look really comfy but one thing I can't justify is £1000 for the steering wheel just put it in as standard,I'm actually quite glad that Aston haven't decided to use a smaller engine and turbos they're not about that V12 n/a all the way #carporn, again Pete a great video looking forward to the next

Brilliant review Peter!! Appears you got more time with this than the DB11 but even so can you say which is your favorite? The AML Dealership here in Massachusetts has one of these and said they've managed to make it have full sound all the time - not just when in Sport. Hoping they can figure out how to do it for the DB11. Keep up the awesome quality/content reviews and you'll pass 10K in no time.
@PetrolPed7 жыл бұрын
This ! The DB11 is stunning and feels a lot more modern, especially the infotainment. However the Vanquish is just so much more raucous ! I think they should have done away with the rear seats altogether and did what they did in the DBS using an aluminium divider to make a small luggage shelf if the seat's were deleted, I saw a DB7 for sale once which had the rear seats deleted and in place was a carpet'd luggage area with leather straps and buckles to hold items, many years ago that's what they did in the Jaguar XJS cabriolet it looks so much better and doesn't pretend to be useful as a seat, plus if it is an 'S' it should have just been a 2 seater from the outset and not a 2+2 which it has a hard job being anyway. They delete the rear seats in the Vantage roadster and do a nice job of finishing the space I think they use the same aluminium divider idea. Great car though.
@PetrolPed7 жыл бұрын
I completely agree with you. The rear space is just for luggage really do why not make it that way !
@NeilRulz076 жыл бұрын
You need room for extra bitches to shag later. 2+2 makes sense from a sales point of view. Most Astons and high end complex vehicles end up as toys for entertainers.

Great review as always Pete. One thing about this car and I don't know if anyone else would agree but the stitching on the seats, door cards and headliner is amazing, and i think the interior is very nice. However, that steering wheel (as with all Aston's) is just awful! I know its the optional upgrade but really, if that's the upgrade the I can only assume the original is even worse! The shape is cool and different, but the actual style is terrible! When you look at the new Audi's and BMW's (for example), or even the new DS and Alfa's, and compare those to this, it looks like the Aston's belongs in the original DB9, or even DB7! I'm sure they could do a much better job! There just no flair to it at all, couldn't be more boring IMO.

Everyone says the interior is amazing, but I've sat in the standard Vanquish at a car show and honestly I wasn't impressed. A £200K car and the interior feels like something from a £30K BMW. Compared to other cars in its price range it's bad. Maybe it's just me but the interior just doesn't look good enough to be in £200K+ car. Especially when I £50K Audi or £75K Mercedes looks 100× better. It looks really old fashioned and not modern or even high tech compared to the rest of the car.
@josersandoval3 жыл бұрын
Banning petrol engines based upon “because EVs are better on X, Y, Z” is utterly nonsensical. EVs have such short lifespans compared to petrol. You can see 40+ year petrol engines rolling, some 10 year old Teslas are already having a bad time on the open road.
