Just HULA!: Kewalo Uka @ Central Park

While visiting one of our Global Hula ʻOhana in New York City we couldn't pass up the opportunity dance "Kewalo Uka" in Central Park. We met Utako through Kumu Kahanuola Solatorio and his Instagram channel @ehoopilimai where he teaches ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian Language). In honor of Kumu Kahanu, we dance his mele, about his home on the island of Oʻahu.

such a beautiful dance! was that done in Strawberry Fields? are there any hula classes in NYC? My firend and I would gladly come down from MA to take classes.
