DeSantis should implement a 10% tax rate for people whose full-time job isn’t within the state of Florida or remote workers working within Florida that isn’t a Florida based or Florida located company. This will slow the inflow of people trying to move into the state, and that money can be allocated to build affordable single-family homes that can’t be sold to huge corporations. And every year you get one percentage off that out of state worker tax until it hit zero or you get a job based within or out of Florida
