Beautiful but pricey homes; we never owned a home, now much older @ both 60ish & retired all we can afford is such as our apartment in Barstow, CA @ $745 month rent. Doesn't mean we can buy anything now, but would be nice to see homes under $30,000; I guess mobile homes. Many thx Rachael.

I just checked and the MLS has a few in a mobile home park around $48,000
