The most enjoyable part, one of them at least, is how much he makes it all about the song, not about himself. He gives everything to expressing the song's original beauty and intent and visibly enjoys making his guitar "leave it all on the field", so to speak. I welcome every video this kid puts out because I know it will be masterfully rendered.

Nishimura is, in my opinion, the most incredible fingerstyle guitarist of all time. There are lots of other great ones, but nobody plays as flawlessly and tasteful as Kent. I'm guessing he put in a couple hours of practice and coupled it with a ridiculous amount of natural talent.

I’ve listened to everyone of Kent’s songs as they’ve come out as I’ve been watching and listening to him for a while now. He is truly a special guitar player, and an insane human being, for being so young and being to transpose so many classic hit songs, and have them sound unquestionably indistinguishable from the originals is beyond immaculate. The best way I can describe Kent's arrangements, attack and layering of texture is feeling of breadth and depth. It may be just one instrument, but one feels it is an ensemble playing. OUTSTANDING!!!

You are so right!! Late 60s through 80s for me. I listen 96% of this now a days. Kent is 19 yrs old. He will be 20 on March 1, 2023. Check out his web site and click like and follow he is one of a kind. Another one of a kind is Mariusz Goli of Poland.on utube. Check his guitar playing. He writes music scores for gaming etc. One music genius!

I always say that Kent Knows how to make the original melody shine, and plays with respect, many other fingerstyle guitarists, just wann show off themselves. They are laud, and expresive, but they are loosing a lot of eements from original, that Kent is delivering in subtle and beautifull way.
