Could be. Elevation would keep the zombies out of reach anyway, though they haven't been much of a problem so far, and are a source of one of the resources.

Wow What a boring Game there's no progression without the ability to craft Ranged weapons or find Semi Automatic Rifles and Body armour then all Your doing is rinse and repeat Your basically a slave to the bandits aka soldier's I wouldn't waste money on a game like this
