Thank you for your work. One note. I'm someone who's spent a few years in the kink and BDSM, lgbtq scene. Sometimes those scenes overlap, with swingers, or lgbtq, like concentric circles. What follows is just my observation and opinion, take what you like, leave the rest. My understanding from people in the swinging scene, is that when they have sex parties, they're overrun with hetrosexual single men. A lot of sex clubs or play parties I've heard of, tend to put limitations on single men or heterosexual men, because they will sometimes be 50%+ of who shows up otherwise. That demographic group tends to target a particular gender, orientation, and sometimes has issues with non-consenting control and power dynamic. That's such a common thing, that they tend to have these limitations. Also, after a few decades in the local scene here, that particular demographic category tends to be more predatory overall, statistically. It is very common for fringe dwellers to target kink or BDSM parties, or swingers parties, when they're simply looking for non-consenting targets as a predator, rather than a consenting open negotiated scene. Vetting is a very important part in a lot of these selective parties, as I understand it. One common limitation for swinging parties, is that you can't attend single as a man, or you must bring a woman with you or bring a reference of a woman who vets you. They don't share the address, otherwise. In the BDSM scene, I had to know a few people a few years, before I started getting invited into the great parties. I had to earn trust by being around, and relatively stable, normal empathy displays, etc. It changes the dynamic when so many are of a same gender and race, class, etc. It can impact the balance. Especially in very risky, vulnerable situations. --- Love seeing your success Justin. Thanks for the entertainment. Reminds me of hey I’m not a racist I have many black friends, lol! Love Justin, he’s a class act were always my thoughts as Heather spoke over him repeatedly and hardly laughed at his jokes, even though he was the funniest comedian she ever had on JS! Maybe that was the problem, he’s funnier than her!

@harriet I noticed that PR move from her as well, how typically predictable of Heather. As for her inability to laugh at Justin’s jokes, I notice it goes even deeper than that- she hardly laughs at ANYone’s jokes (& on the rare occasion she does it’s one of those silent laughs so podcast listeners can’t even hear it) which seems so pointedly narcissistic and rude for someone whose come up was literally in stand up comedy. Like babe- laugh!!

@@maddiesmusings Yes Maddie, Heather is not willing to really share the limelight with anyone. It might come from her own insecurity, her need for approval and attention, financial pressure, parochial school repression, a host of reasons. I find it sad because Heather is a great impressionist and is top notch at reporting pop culture news, I always watch J S no matter what, I just find it a turn off when she is ill mannered! Maybe this whole ordeal will turn out to be a positive thing for Heather, I already see her more conscious of letting her guests speak uninterrupted! You better believe she reads comments!
