Every difference I found here: 0:15 the bullets here move faster 0:22 more bullets come from offscreen 0:53 bullets fill the screen every couple of seconds 1:36 less reaction time, more bullets 1:53 he still fires bullets here 2:23 slightly faster bullets

Dodging the spiked balls in hardcore is a lot harder then in normal mode as they come in different places, which as a normal mode S rank player I can say that it’s very hard.

Hmmm, the rings of gears are offset in Hardcore mode but not in Normal, meaning there are no safe spots in Hardcore, so you have to move back and forth

Kinda disappointed. Even in hardcore, there's still a lot of time spent being huddled up in the corner doing literally nothing while the boss winds itself up to the real phase, which as far as I can see only has added a few more projectiles. If you can complete normal, you can complete hardcore, with only a very, very slight amount of extra effort.
