It took me a very long time to figure out exactly what you just said. Every time I told a friend or family about the things I was doing, things I enjoyed, the motivation and interest always seemed to disappear soon after. The plans or activities I had just fell apart. I felt so stupid when I finally realized that, but hearing it from someone else feels really good and freeing. Thank you.
