Hi Paul, good to hear you are still doing well. Keep it up please. How does your gambling affect your wife n family? I ask you because my other half loves to gamble (over 40 years) whether it is horses, dogs or casinos. If he wins, he only ever gets back what he put on - a mugs game. Some weeks I am mentally drained but hey, maybe one day he will see the light! Take care x

first off i respect you for making another big step towards getting off gambling/ attempt. I was little bit disappointed from your last failed attempt however happy you looking out for yourself again. hopefully you can do it this time. cold turkey method does work but takes will power, mental energy , wallet kept in pocket to if you know what i mean. looking for a heathier alterative. been watching for years upon years now been heck of a ride/journey this has been.

I've been playing lottery hot picks in 2021 I won £13 thousand pounds for £1 for 4 numbers so now I stick to 3 numbers 4 numbers 5 numbers £24 a month win or loose spend more than that on a takeaway lol
