What he cant do??? There is one thing, it might sound like some kind of a meme thing but his knee cannot bend toward other people as kneeling down cause (spoilers if you are not familiar with gilagmesh or havent watched heavens feel) he is a king and will not ever bow down to other people, it was shown when he got one of his leg cut off, he was going to bow but his legs remain straight, pretty cool detail for a king

You wanna know Gilgamesh's weaknesses? Arrogance. Sheer Arrogance. Sure he's absolutely ridiculous when he's trying but he's too arrogant to try half the time. And when somebody finds a counter to his halfway trying he's too arrogant to switch to something more effective quick enough. Or he just might decide to switch things up when his current tactic is going fine because he's just that arrogant. And the literal point of Gilgamesh was that he was made to be the very very Strongest. Originally he wasn't going to be quite as strong but then he was made to be the boss character of Stay Night. And then he got a lot of buffs. And he can only take over someone's mind if they're using his abilities. And Enkidu is actually only super good against beings with Divinity. And Heracles for instance has the highest Rank of Divinity, which basically makes Enkidu super effective against him. Also, all of the Prisma feats are of dubious canonicity. The official reason is that the Prismaverse is from a different Tree of Time. The unofficial reason is that the author of that manga has stated he's just doing it for fun, and he's not trying to make it canon compliant so don't take it as canon compliant. And Ereshkigal isn't really the concept of death. In fact, (Mild Spoiler alert skip this paragraph if you don't want to know) someone shows up just a little bit after that who exemplifies the concept of death even better than she can. And even he's not the concept of death itself. Mostly she's just the person who looks after the Sumerian underworld and does a bit of stuff there. And as for how he punched his way out of the packet dimension? I'll admit I'm not super familiar with Fate/Strange Fake but my best guess is that he had a ring or something on his fist that allowed his punch to interfere with spatial warping or something like that.

Yeah I can see that arrogance would be his only weakness. Also, I never really took Prisma illya gilgamesh seriously since I was just happy to see him in the anime.

Him breaking pocket dimension was just physical representation of bringing out t EA in the manga,nothing more.

The funny thing about all this is that Gil is far from being the strongest character in Fate. I can name at least 20 more characters who can deafeat him with incredible difficulty or just beat him like a punching bag. Even in his strongest form (during his lifetime), he could at best be ranked 5th in the top of the strongest, or even lower.
