You mentioned the first big mistake being moving your army forward, but I think the game is still winnable at that point. The second and bigger mistake was trying to build that second castle forward to protect your first castle from the treb. I think if instead of doing that, if you build the second castle farther back and give up that first castle you built on the front, you could have continued to boom and produce mangudai, and you'd be able to counter raid and do more damage with a bigger army while his push stalled out with a smaller army and exposed trebs that he would have to move forward from the castle protection.

I think there should be MORE wolves on a lot of the maps. Have many a memory of running into wolves on the old school CD-rom version.

T90 wants to remove wolves cause you can get unlucky and it kills the meta. Alternatively the map could add more wolves so that everyone knows they will always be "unlucky". Then the meta shifts.

You and SotL got me back in the game after so many years, from hardly beating Standard to whooping Hard on 1v1. Why not switch to regular cav archers when you knew your castle was going down?? He would take your castle down but after that would have to move the treb outside his castle's protection to treb other stuff down.
