First Lady Lucy Kibaki has broken her long silence--- well, at least on paper--- after the Presidential Press Service issued a statement saying she had condemned Sunday's attack on Sunday school children, at St Polycarp ACK church, in Nairobi. The PPS statement said the First Lady had termed the attack on children as cowardly. The statement was issued in the backdrop of questions about the whereabouts of the First Lady with one of the local dailies, The Star, headlining it's Monday paper with a screaming headline--- where is Lucy Kibaki? Michael Njenga reports.
