Great video Yvi. Thanks for sharing. The problem seems to stem from the fact that a lot of people transition to Clickup from other project management tools; often with Kanban in mind; and clickup's implementation and naming convention (Yes, "board view" - I'm looking at you :-) ) is wrong/inconsistent (I'll let people choose which is correct) with those other tools and Kanban principles. In Kanban, you would normally have a linear sequence of "stages" on the board which define the overall process. Status is normally not required as if you stick rigorously to the true principles of Kanban, then the only "status" you need is "blocked". Otherwise, it's deemed by default that anything not in the backlog or completed columns is "in progress". The problem is, Clickup's process and naming convention is the inverted opposite of this. Therefore, if the first thing you do when joining Clickup is to setup a Kanban board similar to what you've used elsewhere, it introduces this error from the start without people being any the wiser. If clickup could change their terminology, I think that would totally resolve the issue for new users going forwards. (Let's not think about the headache for existing users however lol)

Actually...I think it's way simpler than that. I've worked with hundreds of people... All of them come to me saying they need ClickUp help. And after talking to them, 95% need process help - not ClickUp help. Cause the moment they are clear in their processes suddenly they know what ClickUp feature to use how for what.
