Hello everyone!!
Are you pumped for 2022?? Today, my family and I got together and made another ASMR video for you all. We will be answering 2 questions: What is your new years resolution? & How will you celebrate new years?

@@irisyuhh i guess i just personally believe that centering health around weight is a slippery slope that can lead to the worsening of mental health, especially with women. stuff like excercising and adjusting nutrition are totally healthy things, but when the goal is “to lose weight” and not “to be healthy,” things get tricky and have the potential to become very unhealthy. i may be projecting a bit, but i know a lot of people who struggle with disordered eating who benefited greatly just by shifting the focus from weight to overall health (including mental health!!!)
