No, sorry. because its a private island you have to either stay on the Private island or visit via the tour.

most islands have that: Maafushi, Gulhi (request in advance), Rasdhoo has everything, Dhigurah has most watersports nodt remember parasailing, Thoddoo. Depends what island and atoll
