Next time make a clay plaster and Epson salt baths for pain relief. It works wonderfully!

Both are very cheap to buy and very effective and also last long. Good for all pain, sore muscles, inflammation, and the clay plaster can be used for acne problems. It's very good and you'll find on KZbin tutorials on how to make them. Super easy 🙂

Hi!! Thank you ✨️❤️ My current favorite is from myprotein, its the vegan soy protein, unflavoured. Its complex protein and I can literally add it to anything since it has no flavour :) the other brand I like is vivolife

Flora, I've been watching you for longer than a year and you always encourage me about eating carbs. I am a dancer and it is a little bit of a stigma to eat bread, pasta or even potatoes in the dance world. I always feel like I shouldn't eat them and even if I eat I always felt guilty about it. But if I watch your videos I feel more confident around carbs. Thank you for not spreading the diet culture and showing people (especially young women) to eating that pasta or bread is completely okay.

I just cut my hair in a long bob and I literally love it! I also was attached to my long hair but truly I don't think I'll ever have long hair again because short hair is so cute and easy to take care of. I think it looks so cute on you!
