Just a tip for when you're doing your RDLs- don't go too low down as you could put strain on your lower back, just push you hips back until you feel a stretch 😊 I love your content all your food looks delicious 🥰

I’m in love with your videos! Your content is just so warming and I feel so refreshed after watching. I wondered if I could ask, how do you make sure you get enough iron on a plant based diet? I currently am trying to increase my iron levels to the normal range and struggle. I know vit c helps absorption but I’ve read that certain foods inhibit it, like tannins & phytates and soy which is kinda hard to avoid as it’s a good protein source, thanks so much if you could offer any advice and also thanks a million for your friendly videos xx

My simple secret for this hair colour was not washing it for 5days 😂 I think that's why it looks darker but omg thank you for just making me feel better all the time.
