I made this video to show you, that getting a high protein plant-based meal isn't as hard as we might think. There is a big misconception that getting protein on a plant-based diet it impossible, so I am here to prove it wrong.

BANANA BREAD:

CHOC CHIA PUDDING
1 banana
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 block (150g) silken tofu
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup greek style coconut yoghurt
optional 1 tbsp agave if you like it sweeter
top with berries, granola etc
CHICKPEA MASH:
400g chickpeas, (canned), rinsed
2 ripe avocadoes
1/2 lemon’s juice
1/4 cup vegan mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
handful fresh dill
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
