I grow Moringa here in North Central Arkansas. I have several trees and bring them into my home in winter. A few of them looked like they died this last winter but I left them in the house and this Spring when I moved them back outside they re-grew from the roots! I was so thrilled.

I grind my rhubarb. And use for flavoring. Always hated the strings but miss the super tart rhubarb sauce (mom would make some like applesauce for me.). That tart flavor is a great addition to smoothies James jellies pies etc. love the ground up powder.people comment on the flavor n I don’t tell them what it is because a lot of people say they a HATE Rhubarb. I just laugh!!!

I have read the many benefits of maringa..but also read that if you are taking certain thyroid medications that it can cause problems. Do you know anything about that? what kind of problems or what meds? Just curious; as I take thyroid medication.

Oh gee. My Moringa is only about foot n half tall now never bloom. Our spring was cold hot cold hot then hot hot. Some of my herbs couldn’t get a good enough start to survive the hot humid. I say in WV WE HAVE no spring or fall anymore. It’s really cold then hot. I miss the mild temperatures of spring. Haven’t had them in decades.
