To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. kzbin.infoUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

I bought these earbuds based on this review. After living with them for a few weeks now I'm damned glad I did! They are every bit as good as the review claims. I find that because they are so very comfortable to wear and the battery is so good I tend to wear them a lot more than I ever did with other earbuds. I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. I'm really loving the discreet low profile, these are earbuds I can keep in when I brush my hair, wash my face, etc. They really amaze me with the comfort because, at first, they don't seem secure in your ears but then you realize you can shake your head as hard as you can and they stay put just fine. I really love the taps control - no searching for a button, just a tap to pause and another tap to resume. Tap and hold for volume. The app that controls them is fantastic. Even above all of this, the absolute best thing about them is how well they connect to everything. I use them with my tablet, my phone, my computer and even my smart tv - no fuss with anything, they just connect and work every time. There is nowhere in my house I can go where they aren't connected. These earbuds are truly amazing.

I been shoving these deep into my ear and they kept slipping out of place and the sound kept cutting in and out probably because the way i had them in my ear the in ear detection kept activating, and after a day of having them just resting in my ear like you showed in the video how to put them in, they don't slip out of place and they don't cut out anymore, this tip single handedly changed my experience with these buds I was starting to think of just selling them bc of that one issue I was having

Probably the best Galaxy Buds Live review so far. I am sure that everyone knew that you had more to say than 'I HATE THEM' and you absolutely did. What I personally loved was how you just went through your day - just like I would and did all the things someone like me would do. You always promise that you are reviewing not form a technical perspective but a 'just doing life' perspective and this video was a great example of that. I have the same issue with buds - I hate things blocking my ears. I am amazed when buds sound so good and I am impressed by the sound engineers who make that happened BUT I just cannot have them in my ears for long. got mine on friday. After a weekend, I dont want to take them out. Super comfortable. great sound. Galaxy phones have a great interface. You can even lay down and block accidental touches. I think these are going to end up being the star of Samsung Unpacked this year. The ANC is a total shut down like other buds. But I sort of like that. You can hear through them with no distracting outside noise. And $80 cheaper than Air Pods Pro ?? Whoaa

I love the galaxy buds live because they don’t hurt my ears, since you aren’t shoving buds INTO your ear. These stay just out your ear canal where it won’t cause discomfort due to air pressure, or hurting ears due to direct sound inside . LOVE THEM!

Please guys try to know how to wear them right. It took me almost 3 weeks to realize that I was wearing them wrong. I had to realize that the silicon tip that came with it was too small for me. I changed to the larger pair but still wore the buds wrongly. When I finally wore it right, I was like a deaf that heard sound for the first time. I was surprised how tightly and comfortable it sat. So tight, I slept with it, ran with it, yawned, chew, shook my head... 1. The silicone tip you choose is very important, don't just settle for the one that it came with. 2. Make sure the silicone surface is lying totally flat without any visible part peeking at you when you look at your ears. Note: My mistake was that the silicone was not totally flat, I was always seeing a portion of it. I hope I helped. This really, really fits. It's surprising!

I watched this video a few times in the last couple of years. Then early 2023, I bought these for £55 here in the UK. I already own the Buds plus and Shokz Openmove. The Buds Live are not for everyone and fitting is varies with each individual. I use them with anti-slip covers. Basically play with fitting the music playing until you are happy with the sound and ear comfort. Bass is something I don't complain about. Good review. 👍🏾

I think a lot of people had the same reaction when they first used these. I was like "I spent 170$ on this?!?!" I just got the Galaxy Buds Live and there is something all the reviewers are forgetting to tell: this live buds have two independent volume one on the phone, and another one on the buds itself, you have to first select volume low on the phone and put the buds volume max so you can choose the max volume you want the buds to go via the phone volume, my are 40% and on the buds max therefore I turn down using the Buds it's a bit confusing as at first they were so quite I thought I made a mistake I was about to refund them then when changing the rubber wings on one of them I press the volume on thee buds and went very loud I was whoowoow

I owned the buds live and jabra elite 75t, I have made a comment saying they fell out of my ears, they did until I watched this and figured out the fit, they stayed in just as good as in ear buds, they sound good and the call quality is amazing, they aren’t my style of bud, I prefer in ears because the anc is better on most in ear buds. However if you want open back headphones and want ear buds get the buds live, once you get the fit right they are amazing other than the anc which if you want open backs you probably don’t want or don’t care about it.

Got my mum some of these 3 years ago and they’re still like day 1. Had my Galaxy plus buds for 2 years and wear them all day every day and they’re still perfect. The plus have a bigger battery life. I find Galaxy buds to be the best and I’ve had a bunch such as airpod pros.

This is an update. The reason why I was getting a bad reception on my Samsung 55" Class S95B OLED 4K Smart TV (2022) using the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, my Verizon Fios cable boxes and Router were very old. After upgrading to Verizon Fios 4K cable boxes and Router, the reception on this Samsung Galaxy Buds Live is awesome. The sound coming through my 2022 Samsung OLED Smart T.V. to the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live is like being at the movies.😀 😃 😄 😁 😆

I have the buds for a while now, it is not noise cancelling at all instead it amplifies the noise outside. Walking beside a highway, you would no longer hear the music you are playing even at max, instead you hear the noise vibrating more in your ear. It is not a snug fit as well on all ears, it fits my right ear but not at all on my left ear. It falls out all the time and my left bud is full of scratches because of this. Sound is pretty good if you are in a not so noisy environment. Battery is amazing though.

I love my buds live . Had them about 2 weeks and my only complaint is the battery life on the bud its self . It would be nice if I could get through a work day with just 1 bud.

Buds+ are the best for Day Lasting. But the Buds Live are best for everything
