Some say that rushball is inferior to LES TWINS but I still note that Maika reached the final in 2009 with Kazane at the age of 11, in the final with Kyoka in 2012 at the age of 14 and to win this competition with Kyoka in 2016 at the age of 17 Maika has exactly the same course as les twins in this competition except that she was much younger 🤯

So happy every time I watch this back, I went to jd back in 2012 and watch rushball get robbed in the final which they clearly were the better duo. But Bruce at the time said they would get their chance to win and so glad they finally did it in 2016. Legends

Maika is still a very new dancer today. No one knows her real abilities she is a very discreet dancer. Her skills in 2016 were already incredibly powerful so now she must be superhuman! I'm curious

Maika is not new. She has been dancing for many years, check out her battle with Boubou.

@@joseki6644 I know that. I mean she doesn't participate much in battles or doesn't go internationally often or not very active on social media unlike other dancers. So she is a dancer yet to be discovered. Not all of its capabilities are yet known to all. Unlike the others it is not yet exhausted. If you compare it to Kyoka, Kyoka for me is an overexposed and exhausted dancer. It has reached its limits because it will not evolve more and surprise us. Yes kyoka is popular on social networks but it no longer has the impact it had before in the hiphop world I think Maika just participates in a few Battles every year so her return would be like the arrival of a powerful new dancer.

I have watched Rushball several times and I don’t get it . They are good. I just don’t think they stand out from other dancers. They are mostly smooth so I find their dancing not to have dynamics. But I am sure they worked their tails off so happy they took the win. Big congrats!!!

I don't think there will be a team as powerful as rushball in the future. It's the same with les twins in men. So it is a miracle that they live in the same period and have met. mostly freestyle. most people wont practice combos then force them onto a track, but some do. only thing that definitely isn't freestyle are the choreo's that each team has to do at least once.
