A pass mark is sufficient. Officially, fees is 13.9 lacs. But, the actual cost could be around 17-19 lacs including hostel.

This video is about government quota. But, I think you are referring to the fees for management quota. The official management quota fees for private universities is 16.60 lacs per year + hostel. For the actual fees charged, please contact the college.

CMC Vellore cutoff will be very high under TN Christian minority quota. Panimalar and Madha offers minority quota seats only under management quota. So, I don't understand your question.
