I remember seeing these back in the day, must have been 78 or maybe 80. I was in Richmond VA at the time. I was a child of 13 to 15. I'm a Christian now. This was a blessing.

Nice memory! The Circuit Rider was William Livermon, who lived on Gwynn's Island, VA. His wife Thelma was the camera operator and movie editor.

Yes. I remember him well. My family attended Mathews Chapel for a time when he was Pastor there.

I remember these from the early’70s. Would close out programming for the TV day. Very wholesome even though my college student self found it a little campy. My wife and I recalled this at dinner this evening. Thanks for posting.

Hi there! I'm interested in finding more of these sermonettes. Do you know where I might be able to find more? They're really nostalgic for my uncle who sued to see them as a kid on NBC.

I suspect that most of these are no longer in existence. Your best bet I think, is to log on to Facebook and do a search for Bob Livermon, who is the son of William Livermon (the Circuit Rider). Bob my still have some of the episodes, converted from 16mm film to digital format.
