Justice for All in Pakistan I

The #JudicialSystem of Pakistan is faced with significant constraints that impact its efficiency and ability to deliver timely justice. The backlog due to an unreasonably high number of cases, with many being political in nature, and the poor court procedures are the major causes of delays. Meanwhile,
frivolous litigation as well as gaming the #LegalSystem is too easy and costless in the country. Filing a case is extremely easy in Pakistan allowing the use of the system not necessarily for ease and fairness of transactions and #justice but for gaming the system. Yet, the real cost of litigation to ordinary people is extremely high due to the extended litigation period and delays arising from antiquated court procedures.
Everyone in #Pakistan is worried about the #economy. Whether it’s a social gathering, a friends’ meet up or a TV talk show, conversation drifts towards the #Economy. We all know that the #EconomicCrisis in Pakistan is a tale as old as its emergence in the league of nations. The country that was once considered to become the next #AsianTiger is now struggling to keep its head above water.

“There is lot is wrong.” What’s really wrong is the damage done to the colonized. Is it that hard to speak in a language that could be understood by all? Is it that difficult to understand that listening to a speech delivered in English but with an accent is impossible to endure? Listeners, after being exposed to English- speaking speakers, have high standards. It’s enough to endure a military- run Jihadi state- a failed and bankrupt state. Why being humiliated by a colonial past?
