All the aspirants should get justice not only kannada medium aspirants ....Many cut off clearing English given aspirants if not selected by re-examination... isn't that the injustice to them ? Majority and minority , both the sides should be heard and decision should be taken in respect of larger public interest.

Re exam is distant idea. It will only happen if legal means taken, as sir said. Kannada medium Students haven been wronged, that's correct. But there are also students (majority English medium) who will suffer for KPSC' fault. This matter will be dragged and Exams won't happen soon. I can bet that re exam won't happen this year. It should also be noted that, not only kannada medium students but a percentage of English medium students are also affected due errors in spelling, incomplete sentences. Giving grace for kannada medium students alone will be discriminatory.

Thank you so much sir for your stand.... I am also from kannada medium even though i got good enough marks to cleae prelims i faced so many issues in exam hall and that pressure..... Its not about knowing 2 language or not but first we go with kannada question if not getting proper answer again should read the same question in english it takes so much time that too in so much length paper

If suppose exam question paper was easy with same translation mistakes then everyone would've sit quietly. Such a sadistic attitude is growing in aspirants. Thay almost killed 545 PSI selected candidates same way. If they didn't do well in exam next moment they will bring re-exam agenda . I wish from now onwards KAS questions be like - Where is mysore palace ? Who is the prime minister of india ? How many colors in inda flag? Aspirants have become so much lazy they even can't tolerate difficult questions.

Giving grace marks and selecting more kannada medium students at the cost of those who opted English medium isn't the best solution. Selection ratio for mains -> 1:15 for english and 1:20 for Kannada medium students. This helps to correct the kannada errors in the question paper without harming anyone.

Sir, opting for English as mode of exam dosent means that we understood questions completely, i personally couldn't attend 6 questions as kannada and english meaning of the questions changed completely. Any solution for this ?.
