..first there was a case MaNdlovu a former policewoman who insured her relatives to get insurance payouts..it too several years for her to be arrested.and there was Thabo Bester's girlfriend who did mafia way..and now there is Kelly Khumalo whose case wikl take years and years to be finalised..wmen are just let loose and arrested later..

WHY ARE YOU DECEIVING THE VIEWERS? YESTERDAY, WE ALL SAW THE JUDGE EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND ASKED BALOY TO READ THE LAW WHEREBY THE INDICTMENT HAD TO BE SIGNED BY THE DPP. BALUY ALSO EXPLAINED AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES, THAT THERE IS A LETTER FROM THE HEAD OF NPA STATING THAT THE ANOTHER DOCKET MAY BE DEALT WITH AFTER THIS TRIAL. THE HEAD OF NPA IS THE ONLY ONE WITH THAT AUTHORITY. IN OTHER WORDS, THE CURRENT DOCKET HAS MORE ACCURATE RESULTS AND EVIDENCES OF THE CASE. THE JUDGE ALSO ADVISED THE DEFENCE TO CONCENTRATE ON REBATING THE MATTERS BROUGHT TO COURT AGAINST THEIR CLIENTS. AS AN EXAMPLE THE JUDGE SAID THE DEFENSE IS SAYING THAT THERE WAS A 38 CALIBRE GUN, BUT THE IT MUST BE PROVEN IF THAT WAS THE TYPE OF BULLET THAT KILLED SENZO.
