LOVE this. The juxtaposition of Justice's electronically produced music with the drill team & band's anticipation, preparation, and execution of their drill at such a high level dramatizes that experience - and really captures the emotion and heightened sense of what it actually FEELS like to be in that moment, executing for no one but eachother and yourself. Such a simple but awesome concept.

Outstanding job, Spartan Legions. Most people probably don't realize what they are doing in the beginning of this video is called the tunnel this is part of their regular routine. They sometimes do it at football games after the halftime show going back into the stands and they always do it after the games marching back from the football stadium into the Fine Arts building. Hundreds of people lined up on the sidewalk and watch them do this after each game. It would be nice if someone could download Behold pass and review for everyone to see how they march into the stadium "call to battle" it's awesome to see.

@largeproblem Жыл бұрын
@@alexpaparelli3437 I have to disagree. Where the original Marathon certainly relied on eerier or atmospheric tracks for a lot of its levels, this song seems to me like the perfect encapsulation of Marathon's narrative. Where the original music brought to life Marathon's bleak setting, this music speaks to its compelling, outlandish, and ultimately hopeful narrative about the capacity for change that humans are capable of enacting. The original Marathon games challenged you to be the hero that came from nowhere, and this song is reminding old players - and telling potential new ones - that _any_ of us, any human being willing to try, can be Recon 54.

Then it started, and I figured okay; cool keyboard intro, whatever, something boring is gonna happen. Then more things happened than I didn't expect and I just got more confused and fascinated.
