Justice Kagan on the biggest surprise about the Supreme Court

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was the speaker at the annual Rose Lecture at the University of Tennessee Friday, Oct. 19. Kagan is the fourth female justice to be elected to the nation's highest court . Justice Kagan talks about hunting with Justice Scalia and going to the opera with Justice Ginsburg.

Kagan always votes the opposite way I would like on big cases, but I always like the questions she asks during oral arguments.
