Sounds like something you'd hear at a low point in a late 80s movie P.S: Really demonstrates how much experimentation occured when making Cross. It's so far from the electropop wannabe chart-toppers D.A.N.C.E and DVNO, or the relentless bangers that are Stress and Waters of Nazareth. An ode to sensibility in the middle of a loudness war. Despite being the least cared-for song of the final album, Cross wouldn't be quite the same without it.

It's kind of stupid how well this structure works. I'm always reminded of the noise numbers on Lambs Anger. Completely unlistenable in theory, but the album just doesn't flow the same without them.
