I am being tormented by my husband whom I've always put first. After looking after him and his family all I got in return was humiliation and disrespect. It would not be an exaggeration to say that there has not been a day where I have not cried. To the husband whom I've loved and forgive while he cheated on me, bodyshamed me , beat me and used vulgar words against Me. And now my heart is so done. I wish with all my heart that he should be held and will be held accountable of his actions by Allah. And I pray each tear that I have shed must be served justice

Tell him to take sea salt in gargles and nasal rinses few times a day. Salt kills coronavirus or covid on surface within 5 minutes. At night, brush teeth clean. After brushing teeth, gargle salted water minutes long and spit out, but don't rinse mouth. Keep in the taste of salt in your mouth. Salt kills coronavirus or covid. At intervals, take hot drink of water, sea salt and honey. It is delicious. Also, take between 3,000 mg - 5,000 mg vitamin C, preferably in fizzy tablet containing sodium bicarbonate, the vital ingredient once used to successfully used to treat Spanish flu. Sodium bicarbonate is GOOD for reducing viruses. Sodium bicarbonate is convertible to salts inside body. Take vitamin D as well. For lungs, get triple-action anti-congestant medicines like Casacol, an Irish product which I take. Alternative, you can brew thyme tea and brew it as strong as possible in a saucepan. Good strong thyme tea unclogs mucus from airways in lungs. It helps clear mucus. Salt too clears mucus. Miners who inside caves of Himalysian salt always have clean lungs. For meals, snacks and drinks, eat alkaline-rich foods like garlics, onions, etc. Coronavirus or covid 19 cannot thrive on alkaline in body. Viruses increase when body is high in acidity and low in alkaline. Sea salt lowers acidity. For sleeping, tell your grandad to lie with a *TILT* so to help drainage of mucus in lungs. Body needs be tilted from waist up. Between 15 and 30 degree is comfortable enough angle for sleeping, In bed, regularly change bodily positions so to keep the mucus moving inside lungs. Sleeping horizontally will only worsen covid, as viruses get trapped in tight spaces inside lungs, thus increasing output of mucus. Tilt slows down the increase of covid. Sorry, I do not know dua as I am not a Muslim.

A lot of LOUSIANA CITIZENS are forced to carry out their EVIL AGENDA because these government officials threaten to expose their DARKEST SECRETS against them. I was given the three time divorce at once after peaceful years of marriage and children. @@AmyJallow I think your ex still loves and misses you but cos of his pride and ego he want to feel that am still in charge, which is a lie and pretends. He just want to find fault at all cost. And Allah has spoken about how fault finders will end up. So no worries my dear the Almighty is fully in control don't stop praying, especially for your ex too cos he needs it more for a change of heart please. My ex husband left me with three kids and had to travel for two years to study. He made me leave our home to stay with his mother and six of his siblings, which are all ladies and a guys. It was a peaceful, respect and a submissiveness during the marriage and even while I moved to his mother. I have never told any of my family about whatever has been going on in my home and even to my ex when he travelled bcos I wanted him to have a sound mind since he was studying. He came back surprisingly after a year without telling me. You can imagine how we both missed each other, it was like the first night after every wedding and a honeymoon. We stayed together for two and half months on the same bed in the same room. I just wake up one morning some days after my birthday, he went out and called me to pick a letter somewhere to read. The headline was CAN MY MARRIAGE WORK. That was the beginning of my divorce just like that. The reason was, why didn't I tell him about a guy. My sis, a guy I dated in the past, way back, about 5-6years ago before I meet my ex husband, not knowing he trucked my phone before he left, to see if I will be going somewhere in particular and see who I chat with, he saw all my OLD WhatsApp messages since I started using WhatsApp and even got married. So that was the reason for my divorce. He started chatting with a lady laughing at night after he told me our marriage has been desolve. I ask him if all his behaviour is about a woman cos I can give him my permission if he wants to marry another wife. He told me he can't answer that. So he asked me to leave three children and go with the small one who was 1y 6month old. The next day after spoken to his mother, he told me I can't go with the small one too. Sao I tole my In-laws about it and my surprise, she told me "I should count her out of our problems" The children that no one in the family had ever helped me to even change a diaper now they can take care of them. So after I left to my father house, my ex husband travelled back to continue his studies. Immediately he came back he got married to another woman. So I was visiting my kids, but since he came back before the lock down, he has been given me excuses one way or the other for me not to see my kids but I do speak with them. The children are with his mother and he is somewhere else with his wife. I don't want to involve my kids in this matter and for them to go through emotional trauma becos I can go to see them or go with the police and whatever will happen will happen. But for the sake my children's happiness and peace that's why am still holding on. My sister this is what happen if you marry a mommy's boy who is always in control of the son, his life even in his marriage life. You can even cut your off and serve it for that kind of marriage and NO ONE will appreciate you. Justice they say it like a train that is nearly always late but somehow serves. May Allah in His wisdom grant us ease peace and of mind. May Allah raise us on top of our oppressors. It is well sweetheart. Allah sees everything. I will also pray for you and together Allah will fight for us. Hope to hear from you soon.

This man sounds horrible, why are you still with him, if he has something in him that u think u can change then pray to Allah to fix the situation but if not then reach out to Allah to save you from further harm. Speak to your parents,save yourself, find your peace so you concentrate on your deen. You werent put on earth to be tortured by some guy. At the moment pray your namaaz, pray ayaatul kursi after every fardh namaaz and the first or third kalima and say astagfirullah throughout the day during your free time and you should see things will change for you. You dont need to ask for anything specfic if you arent sure what is best for you, ask for your peace and to be saved and for Allah to help you. I did these things and it helped my situation.
