Thats ungrateful as hell to me.. You got insurance.. They paid for everything and you could've made arrangements for that $700 but to sue a church member for throwing you a shower.. This is why people dont help anyone anymore.. She needed therapy from that miscarriage and not from the baby shower..she didn't have a witness to say, yes she was fine before the shower judge..yeah i call bullshit on this..

The first case's plaintiff is a little too forgiving. The defendant approached her ASSUMING (not asking if) she wanted a baby shower and didn't respect her wishes when she said no. If someone asks you not to do something and you do it anyway, that kind of is acting maliciously.
