He (owner) couldn't even fake tears. You see him pushing the kid back off the counter. You see him expose the teen to the gang, its disgusting that he won't own it.

Mel Lutz I would have stood up to them! I have done so before and I would do it again!! My life is worth nothing if I can’t stand for what is right! I was taught that if we can’t stand for something then we will fall for anything! Just like that store owner did! He failed that kid on every level, I hope he can sleep at night!

He explained that the hospital was nearby. And it’d take too long waiting for the ambulance to come. So a worker told him the hospital is a block a way, so Junior ran to the hospital, an instinct we’d all do. Have mercy on the store owner. We wanna have mercy from God for our sins but dont want to show mercy to others. I don’t care if they are murderers or the store owner didnt do more, have mercy on them, and ask the Lord to save those souls that murdered Junior

shay gordon no I won't have mercy on the store owner or anyone who was with him, how would you tell someone who is hurt to walk to the hospital if they really were helping like they say they were why did they not take him to hospital he would have made it inside, the store owner has no heart if he just let him walk there alone.

Yeah I agree with you on that one he didn’t really help junior who desperately needed a place to hide because random grown men were after him it’s normal to be scared. And another thing that dosent sit right with me is that when junior came back to the story with his wounds a man was still trying to buy his snacks. RIP junior 💔🕊

@conniemastin42786 жыл бұрын
he probably didn't understand what was going on, and then when he saw them with machetes and knives I mean who is really going to step into that, I know most people wouldn't.its easy to say you would now but if it happened to you you would probably be so scared you would do the same. it happened so fast the bodega worker didn't even have time to think he didn't know what was going on, and he was scared to. He sees knives and fucking machetes of course he wasn't going to get involved cause he would probably be dead to. there were tons of people who saw it happen and no one is mad at anyone expect the bodega workers. its fucked up. don't say anything you don't know what the guy was thinking he was probably so scared. and there were so many people who saw junior get stabbed that could of helped but didn't out of fear.
@brandonlee57836 жыл бұрын
I get nobody would interfere but I'm sure he has a gun behind that counter! He could of used it or threatened them! SOMETHING! And when he saw junior bleeding out why not help? What's his excuse then? They tell him that the hospital is a block away instead of helping in some way... So yeah we don't personally know the man but he could of done something besides let him die!
@Tazman12346 жыл бұрын
Mia Sanchez he did cry in an extended interview, and it did appear on the tape that he tried to hide junior at one point but he and his workers could have done much more,they shouldn't have given junior up so easily...

Bryan D thas not what I saw, and to each his own.... he wasn't helping him at all..... he deserves to go to jail also.....I don't buy the TEARS, those are TEARS of REGRET......he shld been PULLING instead of PUSHING.............. he denied him multiple times, junior had to forcefully pull himself and even AFTER he got stabbed he came back and the owner pointed at the door, instead of offering him a ride OR helping him to flag dwn help.......so NO, I'm not buying his story and not buying yours either

Please get this story right. What the community heard is that Junior was set up due to a sex Tape that was circulating around of someone that looked like him not of mistaken identity of a rival gang member. Let's be very clear of how this story should be reported because all of a sudden the spotlight wants to be taken off the young lady and completely focused only on the 8 suspects when she was just as involved as they were. RIP junior may your soul rest in peace

They need to get the story straight, 1st they said it was the girl in the sextape that had him setup, now they are saying they thought he was a rival gang member.
@dr.dorseyblairsofficeblair89796 жыл бұрын
she needs to be charge with murder and the bodega men as well, they might as well becasue the bodega men finish killing him by not helping him , how are you going to tell him to go to the hosptal alone bleeding that poor kid was so scared, in pain tired and still didnt even get to die peacefully
@toscadonna6 жыл бұрын
The second story of cruising around looking for rival gang members is to drop the charges from 1st degree premeditated murder to 2nd degree murder. In this case, the gang members planned to kill him in retaliation for supposedly posting a sex tape with one of the gang member's relatives, and this is malice aforethought, which is the difference between murder and unlawful killing. Without the premeditation of the plan, these guys will only be up for 2nd degree murder charges. Max for 2nd degree murder is 25 years, and minimum is 15 years in prison. And that is why this new story has been put forth by the defense attorneys.
@toscadonna6 жыл бұрын
No, they''ll be charged with 1st degree murder if the prosecution thinks they have the evidence for it. The danger is that the jury could return a 2nd degree murder conviction instead of a 1st degree murder conviction if they believe it wasn't premeditated.
@toscadonna6 жыл бұрын
If it can be proven that the girl did in fact name Junior as her boyfriend to save her real boyfriend's hide, she could potentially be in real trouble despite her age. The posting of that sex tape was a crime against her, but it's a separate crime than this murder. If she gave Junior's name and set him up to be attacked, she could be charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder just like the gang members. She would probably be charged as a juvenile and get a lighter sentence than she would if she were 18, and that's because NY is weak on criminals. Other states might charge her as an adult since the crime is so heinous and there was so much planning involved. The fact that she gave someone else up instead of her boyfriend shows you that she knew they were going to kill whomever she said had posted the video.

That stupid man is lying he pushed him back he did not help him even when they dragged him he waved which mean he said to them go away with him pulse when they killers left Junior, junior turned back to the store but none of the man walked out with him do stoped him they left him waking away by himself no body took him to the doctor that grocery owner didn’t do a shot to protect the kid. He should be lucked up as well.

None of those cowardly store employees helped. They could have locked the other guys (gang members) out. The cashier was clearly pushing him back not trying to help him. My heart goes out to Junior.

Nobody parent should ever bury their child. My prayers are with this young man whole family always. It's upsets us to see the way this video looked as it poured out on media. #justiceforjunior

Can’t believe nobody offered to help him. It’s not entertaining for them, so they become selfish to help a young dying boy. He fought for his life and he was so strong than you can imagine. RIP Junior. #JusticeforJunior 😢😰!

My heart aches for his mother. Junior wasn't just her baby. He was also a future strong young man. This young man would have went on to be his mother's protector, provider and caregiver. They took her dreams and future as well as Junior's. Continued prayers for this amazingly strong mother. RIP Junior. 😢💔

the bodega is to blame, there was 3 grown men in there to help him, none did, and not even after the gang was gone did they help the young men they told him to run to the hospital with a cut in his neck to bleed out, the bodega men finish killing him ...
