THANKYOU. In the last 9 months I've lost everything. I had a 3 million dollar per year business that my partner ripped out from under me, then she took the little she wanted and let repossession take the rest. She took my 18 month old son when she went. Vicious and character destroying rumors were spread about me by her family. I had a DVO served on me over a bunch of lies, Then my mum got bone cancer and lasted two months. I came back home after my mums funeral and the little I had left was taken by so called friends or mates. Since then my sisters have disowned me because I don't share their views. I'm in a rented house, no job, nothing to look forward to. No money, my former partner made sure I was left with 0, I live by myself and have struggled with life like you wouldn't believe. The police are on my doorstep every other day looking for substances that aren't there because of the rumors spread, I can't take a trick. I've wanted to check out everyday so the pain and hurt goes but haven't yet. I just came across your videos and get a lot from them. Thanks very much for the messages. I'm not up yet but at least I'm on one knee. Cheers keep up the good work. :)

Omg! I forgot about this video, I recently went through a knee surgery, and I couldn't find the motivation to get back to the gym, four weeks after my surgery , I got this notification Today and to watch this video again motivated me to go back to the gym!! Yay!👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
