Sorry, but he's definitely lip syncing. Now don't get me wrong, I like him & I know he's a great singer, but for this song it just happened to be pre recorded, you can just tell. It's not a big deal though, a lot of singers need to do it at some point during their concerts because they have to sing & jump around so much. It doesn't mean he's bad lol.

BELIEVE was PEAK Justin Bieber, got to the world stage and dominated since day 1 with this album. He was incredible on stage with this type of concerts just like Michael Jackson, which was more engaging. He was also very active off stage with marketing and documentary. Due to this stressful lifestyle, we (sadly) knew it could not last for ever and be replicated for his later albums. I know PURPOSE had a bigger impact on the industry, but half of it wasn't good due to him beeing depressed. We could see him not wanting to pursue what he did with BELIEVE. Things change unfortunately, i'm just happy to see him back on track. Jesus Christ i miss this era tough.
