If you actually watched the tape , some of the route concepts were just so bad besides like dj Moore a lot of these wide receivers were running into coverage, and Justin Field had to hold the ball a lot longer. They definitely took his first away, and when it came to the second and third progression receivers just were not getting open it was causing him to break the pocket, sacks or run with the football.

It was now reported that Justin had control of where he went and turned down 4 other others (per his agent), from other teams, preferring to be traded to the Steelers. At least the Bears let him decide where he wanted to land, which also limited the Bears hand. There were up to 6 teams wanting him. Either way, I will he very well. Love you JF1! Good luck, bro! Caleb Williams raw 🥶 seen tape on him and most the hype revolves around his ability to extend plays with his footwork and good instincts then make the accurate pass 🏈 usually for positives yards or scramble 🏃🏿.. which is everything Fields specialize in. Caleb has a stronger arm, much better spatial awareness, goes through his progressions better and steps up into the pocket. Not saying he is or isn't going to have a better first couple of seasons that Fields in terms of his pro career but he is a better prospect coming out of college than Fields for sure, so he's projected to have a much better career.

Watched both Caleb Williams highlights and Justin Fields highlights. Caleb is great at keeping his eyes down field and hitting wide receivers even if they are in tight coverage. Caleb also has an absolute cannon that he can pinpoint where he wants the ball placed. However Justin’s improvement just from watching this highlight reel has shown me. He is better than Caleb. At the beginning of the year when he was pressured, JF1 would run. At the middle/end of the season, we see him take risks and keep his eyes down field more. We also see improvement in his accuracy. The dual threat of him running and throwing is just too much to ignore. Caleb can run as well but prefers not to, Justin will do whatever he can to get the first down. If we sign Ridley in FA or draft MHJ and beef up the o-line, I think we see a better version of Lamar…. Yes, I did say better. As long as the play caller doesn’t hinder JF1 anymore too.

You see what we have here is once again the bears get rid of it's top offensives player. Justin was your only offense from the time that he put on a bears uniform and he didn't have a team to work. The bears let justin go and let the most of bear fans down. Now we are to believe if the bears do build a top notch team that they won't let this new team stay and won't break the team up like they have done so many times before. We had a team that could have gone back to the superbowl. That they had done and could have again but they broke the team up! How can you look at these highlights and say Justin "isn't" a starting QB in this league and a potential star ability. Yes he has flaws (every QB does when you don't have him in the right system). Bears front office have failed him and that city. All Justin wanted to do is win now hes being left to dry and hated on.
