That defense gave up 17 points off the top, in the first quarter. Justin put the team on his back. With practically no help from the running game. Outside of Cordelle Patterson before he got injured. Playing from behind the whole game. Justin did great. That defense let the Colts offense, march down the field. All game. Until the end.

I think the Steelers D are too feast or famine. Too predicated on their star players winning their matchups and not much emphasis on schematics. No wonder this team gets boat raced vs elite competition.

I'm sending LVR any draft capital they want for Davante Adams. Struggling to run the ball? Defenses condensing the field w/8 man boxes? Getting a 2nd extremely talented WR would get that safety out of the box & give this offense a lot more space.

The Steelers will soon trade Justin Fields to either the Raiders, Miami Dolphins or the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jets may also be interested in him since Aaron Rodgers is pretty much washed up. This will open up the door for Russell Wilson to be the sole starter. that is when the Pittsburgh Steelers will start making big waves for the next few years
