Dude for uploading this for all to see you are my hero. As someone else said: God bless you for doing this- and I MEAN THAT. And God bless Justin Flores, who is quite literally (IMVHO) the BEST Judo instructor (in English- because I'm sure there are excellent Judo teachers that teach in Japanese, Russian or French) on KZbin. Flores also strikes me as a person out of whom light shines. Again- brother- THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@artemrevelsky Justin is clear, concise, and efficient with his teaching. He doesn't ramble on. Plus, there is tons of footage of him applying all of this in live scenarios.
