Forgive me for saying but he strikes me as a selfish asshole! The kind of guy who gets turned off when love interferes with his desires or his needs. To him love equals clinginess and she looks clingy in this interview. She wants a family but he already has a daughter, so he isn't ready to start all over. Plus if they divorce after they have a child then that would be a nightmare with alimony and child support. The fact that he is still young and has so many opportunities open to him by being on such a successful show, it would make smart business sense to hold back on having another baby right now. He doesn't want to do anything that will stall his career. Chris Pratt had the same issue with his wife. It's sad but, if you don't support your leading man another woman will. He probably figures if they're fighting a lot already and he has made up his mind to divorce her, than yeah, the first thing to do is to protect his money.
