Firstly, I agree that discussing/scheduling any presser for the sake of a contract is cringey. That said, JJets is an extremely rare cat in that he’s not only earned every penny through his hard work and on field play, he’s ironically one of the few who doesn’t seem to publicly obsess over the money. He’s been beyond cool this whole time, waiting his turn and now he can take a sigh of relief as far as getting the heralded second contract. He’s all ball and wants to win a chip more than be the #1 paid receiver for a month…I’d almost stake my life on it. 💜💛
