I have they’re irons. Maybe I need their driver too. I hit it slightly and loved the feel and sound.

As always, great driver review. I believe Callaway is the only other manufacturer that keeps the shaft in the same position even though you're changing settings. For the past year I've wondered what if Cleveland had sent you a driver with a spined shaft, your preferred flex and length. David 🐈

're this driver , what handicap range would this be aimed at ? Playing off 12 but now 60 years old with a smoother swing ,

It’s good to see a company taking finding the spine seriously. Proper clubfitters have been doing that for years!
@mitchy70515 жыл бұрын
Any modern shaft that has to be spined is not worth crap. Even the cheapo MRC made for shafts. Made in China are 99.8 radially perfect. Spine or pure it is total waste of time and money.

Mitch Y I will admit with high end shafts it negligible. It’s just a small detail that I think is nice. If they are up charging a huge amount for the driver simply because of it it is a waste. But it isn’t a waste if you are getting fitted, it doesn’t cost any extra money or hardly anymore time. I just think it doesn’t hurt when reshafting 😊

I’m from the States so I’m looking at Honma drivers what should I focus on
@ajvm20102 жыл бұрын
You can get this model for 130 USD on ebay now. Most of us are after the 460 head and anything between regular and stiff shaft. I grabbed the s/r shaft, 460 head, 10.5 degree loft

@@kevinspeight4664 I'm getting it to the range next week, but it's gotta be an improvement on my 2002 King Cobra driver haha

@@ajvm2010Awesome save it!!! I use the Cobra SpeedZone currently and had the F9 cobra new stuff looks promising as well “LTD X” or something seems everyone is revamping old names nowadays

@@kevinspeight4664 Haha I might as a backup anyway but its the 350 beta titanium so we'll see. The Honma is forgiving, straight, and long for me, but the sound will take some getting used to. Obviously a bigger clubhead but sounds very loud to me. I don't mind, but feels like I'm disturbing others at the range compared to my little old driver. Feels good too, able to feel when it's off the toe/heel despite it still producing decent flight

Who skied a ball and scuffed the driver on the top let? 1:23

Great looking driver, quite innovative. Price is comparible with pxg gen 2 and not a million miles away from m5 or epic flash. Think I'd give it a go if I had £500+ to spend on a driver. Great video BTW Joel 👍

Japanese clubs in general don't have the same shelf appeal as the current market options. This driver looks pretty plain to be honest. Seems like a good performer though.

Interesting point - yes, the sole view is quite understated and there is nothing really going on on the crown. Some will love that, others prefer a more modern look

On a driver i don’t care what It looks like long as It performs and isn’t a massive head

Just like a rogue. He’s playing that tm driver now isn’t he. Mickelson is still playing rogue with a epic head cover

With the quality of today's shafts, is the ability to adjust the driver without changing the shaft position more marketing than real?
@Anjuuydhjjiskjhyys5 жыл бұрын
Shape of head looking down is just perfect. So inviting and so rare these days... i feel like most drivers these days have too many features on the crown and they are too distracting.
