I don't see how anyone with any sense of logic could think that a bill designed to go against the Constitution would have a chance of passing or being enforced? The Constitution clearly states that IT is the prime law in Canada, cannot be contested, and any NEW law that goes against the Constitution, or attempts to challenge the intent of the Constitution, will be null and void due to the "supremecy" of the Constitution. It protects our rights and freedoms of belief, religion, and who we associate with. That includes our right to express those beliefs, and last I checked, talking, writing about, or expressing ourselves are forms of expression. So they can take their attempts at control and shove them where the sun doesn't shine, they will be squahed in court the moment they hit the streets. They should never pass because of this, and if they do, I hope all those that are part of creating or passing them are held criminally and financially responsible for the ensuing waste and costs to fight this obvious overreach of government...
