I’m in a sauna all the time and every time I’m in 1 I think about fighters...I mean I squirm and get uncomfortable sitting through one 25-30 min session....and I tend to lose 1-1.5 pounds of water. AND I’m putting the water right back in me immediately. Point being I’m not doing sht but it still makes a person get uncomfortable. I couldn’t imagine doing it over and over and over; then going to bed, and doing it over and over and over again. The UFC really needs to find a better way to do it. Jmo

@@sindresyklist8207 just crazy. It affects the way that guys deal w damage. Affects the amount of fluid in your head/brain. I’m not sure what the answer is regardless of how they make the rules guys are going to game the system a bit....but it feels like something needs to change. I do feel pretty firm about 1 thing. They don’t allow fighters to replenish with iv’s. They should let them do that. It’s just water & minerals. If I was on someone’s team I’d prob push them to use IV’s anyways. My focus would be on making sure they’re not dehydrated/depleted 🤷🏽‍♂️

justin im a big fan of your're , i believe sincerely that one day doesn't matter if it's in 1 year or 2 or 3 but one day you will be lightweight champion of the world. But i think for that to happen you're going to have to get out of you're comfort zone and learn how to fight on the ground. After these 2 title fight losses, every1 you fight next is going to try to take the fight to the ground, and you're going to have to learn how to submit people and fight/survive on the ground. You're goal in the upcoming months should be to become a more well rounded fighter, every1 knows u got power in those hands but those hands are useless when ur getting chocked out on the ground. I been praying for u brother, don;t lose heart, don't lose faith, go to the lord and ask him to help u get better, ask him to teach u, never give up, never give in, don't mind what people are saying and what they think of u, ask god what he thinks of u, and remember god has given u a warriors heart, along as were not dead, were still in the fight, 💪✝

I agreed with you 100%. I'm a bjj guy but I also train striking. Justin fights are so exiting and he have lots of talent but hes bjj (grounds) is too poor for his UFC level. Lots of times bjj is boring but he really need to focus on that .. with gi and without gi. Inviting a professor just for the eventual defenses in one fight is not enough.
