Literally bro. Dustin is my fav fighter but I also love Justin as well he's a stud. I was gonna be gutted to see either lose. Congrats to Justin though happy to see that he's evolved and still the most entertaining fighter. Dustin is a BMF without the belt this fight just didn't play out his way but props to both fighters have a ton of respect for them. Would love to see a trilogy between them.

Very smart adjustments in the rematch. Since the first fight, Gaethje has become more defensive and his footwork improved. Very smart to utilize outside leg kicks because Poirier was expecting inside leg kicks. Between the two men, Gaethje was more diverse in the striking, landing body shots and outside leg kicks. That headkick was lethal!

Watched the whole ride and it's just so awesome to see the hard work pay off in the end. I was a little worried because during fight week and seeing Dustin, he looked better then he has ever looked shape wise. So you knew he had put in the work too, and had an amazing weight cut. But damn the timing on that head kick was beautiful and hiding it with the punch!

Then I noticed he was in the locker room warming up at 7 oclock, man that's 5 hours before the fight, how does that not tire you out? Fight day seems really stressful. Makes watching the fights way more interesting and intense. I like Dustin and Justin so I would have felt the same no matter who won because I didn’t want either to lose. Whoever does the camera work, the editing and putting it all together deserves gold medals, absolutely stunning production as always with all the video diaries at all of Justin's performances. It really does show that Justin has a wonderful and loving clan around him. I had been wanting to leave this comment since I think episode 3 or 4 and just say THANK YOU for these videos. The insight is badass, but the motivation… NEXT LEVEL. To a point where it’s hard not to leave a cheesy ass novel of a comment. I’ve always loved combat sports and fighting in general. But Never trained officially. I started about 2 years ago on and off and once I started taking it serious, I found a boxing coach and wanted to get ready for my first amateur match. First day of sparring I tore my bicep. Needed surgery and was out about 5 months. I got back in and got my rhythm, started working but my progress was hitting a wall. Watching these videos and seeing how hard you go was humbling. Tbh made me feel like a b*tch. Not because I’m not at your level,(obviously haha) but simply because even at your level the way you drain yourself day in and day out to stay on top and continue to get better. I was shorting myself by not leaving it all there. And The way Trevor lays shit out for you and your ability to soak it in and be coachable, not ask questions and just go. Borderline leaves you between speechless and like I said leaving a cheesy ass comment lol but the Last few weeks of training have been next level and my conditioning, focus, and over all preparation has jumped through the roof.
