ABOUT ME:
I'm Justin Caffrey, an internationally acclaimed high-performance coach, Vagus Nerve expert, and former CEO who has led and built multiple complex companies around the world. With a Master's Degree in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, along with qualifications from University College Dublin, Mayo Clinic, and Buteyko International, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my coaching practice.
🌍 I work with clients from around the world, either remotely or from my homes in Ireland or Marbella, Spain.
In this session, we’ll use nasal breathing to access a calmer state and increase nitric oxide levels. By slowing down the exhale, we can unlock the nervous system through the Vagus Nerve, helping you move from a fight-flight response to the parasympathetic rest-and-digest, rest-and-recovery state. This is essential for achieving peak performance and sustaining long-term well-being.

I had a full meltdown and this helped me so much I was only able to inhale 3 seconds tho has no problem exhaling. I’m sure when I’m already in a calm state I would be able to do 4 seconds.

I loved it thank you 💖 I was so "wired" today after a long period of feeling down, I began to question the state of my mental health! I did this as instructed and I am 95% more calm, relaxed and settled than I've felt in years. About to sleep but will check out your site tomorrow 💖🙏💖

I have terrible fatigue, someone says this could be anxiety or long covid . But it’s about nerves deregulating. Do you agree ?

It could be a combination of the two. I suffered with chronic fatigue. These breath exercises and guided sessions were key to healing my body. Practice this daily for 6 weeks. You will see the difference. Please focus on the breathing technique I guide here. Wishing you back to health.
