It is supposed to sound honest and believable, but she overplayed it so much in the hope of attracting sympathy that she forgot that common sense is not to look at a third person when in a dialogue. Well, not exactly, but the skin and muscles start to remember what she did to them. If she were a better actress, some of the jury might have bought her BS. I’m honestly confused about how the jury found Johnny guilty on one count of defamation toward Heard by declaring that Heard was LYING about him ever hitting her. The only thing Amber’s lawyers did was show that Johnny was miserable and using drugs and alcohol to escape her since he physically couldn’t. Amber admitted that she used various illicit substances on numerous occasions throughout her cross examination, yet it’s somehow perfectly acceptable and not relevant if she uses drugs, but because Amber was able to take photos of Johnny showing him completely harmless, helpless, and (IMO most importantly) completely HOPELESS, she thought that somehow “proved” him as a violent person, but then she was somehow immune to the same effects when she uses them. Also, she was able to capture SO much audio and video footage over a long period of time, but not a SINGLE ONE of them captured him ever committing a violent act toward her. The odds that she would not have EVER gotten SOMETHING that whole time when she claimed it happened so frequently and so violently is a mathematical improbability.

The police are protectors...it does not matter who Johnny is...if he were abusing someone and there was actual abuse...the police would have issued an arrest warrant. So where's her punishment for perjuring herself? With all this evidence of perjury, she still gets to walk without consequences?
@PokinStaR2 жыл бұрын
She better get some real punishment soon otherwise this will send pretty bad mixed signals to all the other abusers and gold-diggers out there who love playing the victim... Like hey I can try and see if my lies work out, perjure myself and if all fail, I still walk out free of charge...not that bad, nothing to lose really especially when not televised right ?! smh

@@barbarabehrmann976 I doubt it. This woman is a raging psychopath. And she has fans who are obviously psychopaths as well. I think she'll do just fine in this psychopathic world. She'll find another sucker to fleece. She's pretty poison.

Why the smug look? It only vilifies her. That and her constant glares at the jury. And that sister who wears her pitbull face to court every day. Makes me wonder if she's also being abused by Amber.

Lies are like a boomerang... they return to the place that throws them out... She thought she was infallible... now she's facing what WE KNOW.. She will have to work 10x's harder now .. self sabotaging is a very strong trait of mental illness. Until I got help and dealt with years of not only being abused but abusing others because it was all.. and I mean all I knew! I had to not only forgive, but also forgive myself from the person I was to who I am today... every person has that pivot at one time or another.. which way will you pivot??? She has chosen a wrong, destructive path. If she doesn't get help, face her lies and change... she will lie about this the rest of her life and that, will be her own detriment.... sadly.

So now that there's proof that she committed purjary, she's gonna get sued, isn't she?

Silly title. Jury didn't let anyone win. They decided Johnny was innocent because Amber's claims were lies, no valid evidence of dv or sa. There were specific questions.

Would a lie detector test not have figured out this BS from AH years ago?

Yes. Problem is, lie detector tests are almost never allowed in court, for some stupid reason. Yes, the tests can be fooled, but only a small percentage of the time. If I was on a jury, I would want to hear those results to help me decide who's lying. The liar's side could argue with the test results, but it could tip the scales in cases where the stories are so completely different

Her attorneys do her a great disservice when they encourage her to appeal-- AH only shock is she didn’t get away with it this time🤩❌

Not sure it would work with Narcissists, they believe so definitely that only they can be right. There would need to be some trick questions to catch her off guard and rattle her cage.
