Hi Justin, thanks for the informative video. However, I would like to point out that elasticity of substitution doesn't actually measure curvature see for example: de La Grandville, O. (1997). Curvature and the elasticity of substitution: Straightening it out. Journal of Economics, 66(1), 23-34.
